Logo design for an estate agency in Valencia

Factoryfy designed the logo for an estate agency solutions company in Valencia, whose name, Renturia, is created from combining the words RENT and TURIA (a river in Valencia). The company was looking for a versatile logo that spoke confidence. They wanted a logo that had the ability to relate to the sector without using the image of a house.

With this in mind, our team designed a text logo that has its isotype integrated within. It uses a personal yet solid font, with each letter in black, apart from the U in yellow that really draws your attention and shows the sector the company works in.  A small accent above the U symbolises the roof of a house and also the protection and security of putting our trust in RENTURIA.
