Catalogue of luxury homes for an estate agency in Malaga

A new project from an estate agency in Malaga came to the factoryfy studio, we had to design a catalog of luxury homes, directed at sellers with good purchasing power. We needed to portray sincerity, trust, elegance and luxury. Taking these points into account, we used the colour black as the basis for the design, as well as professional photographs, a modern layout, a risky editorial design, that all reflect the idea of exclusivity. Additionally, the logos on the front and back covers were intended to be printed in silver.
